I feel very privileged to have been given the opportunity to paint in Government House, the Lieutenant Governor of Guernsey’s residence since 1793.

The ballroom is a room full of photographs of the Royal family, beautiful furnishings, paintings & chandeliers. It hasn’t stopped raining today and I hope that my painting captures something of the warmth and atmosphere in this very special room.
