Oil on panel of Sark’s small harbour, in Winter evening light. This is a favourite view of mine close to where I grew up. With no airstrip, each time I have left the island was from this harbour, and each time I return and get my first sight of the harbour as the boat rounds Point Robert Light, I know that I’m home.
