Morning glare, Jerbourg
What a gorgeous light this morning, the south east part of the Island is so special it really is hard to decide which view to choose to paint. I set up my pochade easel just at the top of the steep path which leads down to the promontory. I always seem to find the windiest spot but it was manageable. Big swells crashing into the inlets below with the sun casting strong shadows. In my element! Think I’ll use this study as inspiration for a bigger studio piece soon… enjoy 😊
